Talking Trees is a peaceful self-catering holiday home in Clarens. Guests are requested to take note of the following property rules and booking conditions before confirming their stay.
Maximum Occupancy
Talking Trees accommodates a maximum of eight guests.
Smoking and Pets
Talking Trees is a smoke-free and pet-free venue.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation, and pets are not permitted at the property.
Minimum Stay
A minimum booking of two nights is required over weekends.
A minimum stay of three or four nights may apply over long weekends.
Minimum-stay requirements may vary according to the selected dates and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining balance is payable seven days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are calculated according to the number of days before the scheduled occupation date:

Payment Facilities
The old booking conditions state that credit-card facilities are not available.
This should be confirmed before publishing because bookings are now being completed through NightsBridge, which may provide different payment options.
Acceptance of Booking Conditions
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the applicable minimum-stay, deposit, payment and cancellation conditions, together with the smoke-free and pet-free property rules.
